Rosy McDonough Recognized as a 2026 ColoradoBiz Top Woman in Colorado Business

First Southwest Community Fund is proud to celebrate Executive Director Rosy McDonough for being named one of the 2026 ColoradoBiz Top Women in Colorado Business.

As Executive Director of First Southwest Community Fund, Rosy has helped advance programs that support small businesses throughout Colorado. Under her leadership, the Community Fund has expanded access to capital and business education resources for entrepreneurs and small business owners that often face barriers to traditional financing.

Rosy was honored alongside other distinguished women leaders during the ColoradoBiz Top Women in Colorado Business gala held in Denver in July 2026.
