Program Details
First Southwest Community Fund, in partnership with Colorado Enterprise Fund, created the Flood Recovery Loan Fund for small businesses and nonprofits affected by the historic October and November 2026 flooding in Southwest Colorado and the San Luis Valley.
Who is eligible?
Small businesses and nonprofits in the following counties: Alamosa, Archuleta, Conejos, Hinsdale, La Plata, Mineral, Montezuma, Rio Grande.
What can you use the program for?
Loan funds may be used for working capital, equipment, inventory, and gap financing.
Loan terms:
- Loan amount: $5,000 to $20,000
- Interest rate: 4%
- Term: Up to 3 years
