Introducing Our New Loan Platform: Streamlined Service for FSWCF Customers

We're excited to announce the launch of First Southwest Community Fund's new loan platform. This upgrade represents our continued commitment to enhancing the customer experience and streamlining operations to better serve the entrepreneurs and small businesses across Colorado.

What This Means for Our Loan Customers

Our new platform brings improved functionality and a more intuitive user experience. However, there are a few important changes that all FSWCF loan customers—both existing and new—will need to be aware of.

Action Required: Enroll in the New Platform

All customers will need to enroll in the new platform to access their loan accounts. Enrollment is simple and takes just a few minutes:

  1. Click the Login button in the top right corner of the FSWCF website
  2. Follow the enrollment instructions

Important Changes to eStatements

As part of this transition, we're updating how our loan customers receive and access loan statements:

No More Email Statements

Customers will no longer receive statements directly via email. Instead, they'll receive an email notification when their statement is ready to view. They'll then log in to their account on the new platform to access their statement securely.

To view loan statements:

  • Log in to account after receiving the notification
  • Navigate to the estatements section
  • View and download as needed

Adding Statement Recipients

Customers who share their loan statements with others—such as an accountant, bookkeeper, or business partners—will need to add them as authorized recipients in the new platform. This ensures they can access statements when needed.

To add recipients:

  • Log in to account
  • Navigate to the estatements section
  • Click Additional Recipients to add up to three authorized recipients with their contact information
