Executive Director Rosy McDonough has been recognized as a “Who’s Who in Impact Investing” by the Impact Finance Center (IFC).
The honor celebrates professionals who are mobilizing capital for good and driving positive change through strategic community investment.
McDonough was recognized alongside a distinguished group of leaders at the IFC event in Denver on September 18, 2025. (See the list here.) The “Who’s Who in Impact Investing” initiative highlights individuals who are at the forefront of creating what’s possible when money aligns with values, and providing opportunities for individuals and organizations to make investments that create both local social benefits and financial returns.
Under McDonough’s leadership, FSWCF has expanded funding partnerships, and refined lending and education programs to better serve rural entrepreneurs in Colorado. She is currently leading the organization through a multi-year statewide expansion project.
